01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pklcuk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the website located at pklcuk.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, esports wagering, the Rewards loyalty programme, and any promotional offers made available from time to time.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the pklcuk platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 and Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that the Company does not guarantee any return on funds wagered;
• You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the pklcuk Privacy Policy.

These Terms should be read alongside the pklcuk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pklcuk. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

pklcuk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via on-site announcements or email notification to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as outlined in Section 8.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

The pklcuk platform is intended for individual players accessing the service for personal, recreational use. To register an account and use the platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are an individual natural person (corporate or artificial entities may not register accounts);
• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with pklcuk or any associated platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of pklcuk or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, and a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active account on pklcuk. If we detect that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any funds deposited through the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all details on your account remain current and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

03 Age Restriction and Verification

pklcuk operates a strict 18+ policy. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register an account, make a deposit, accept a bonus, or participate in any game or betting market on this platform under any circumstances. We take our obligations regarding the protection of minors extremely seriously.

3.1 Age Verification Checks

pklcuk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the registration process or at any point during the lifetime of an account. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a government-issued National ID Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate. Accounts will remain restricted to deposits and withdrawals only until age verification is satisfactorily completed where required.

3.2 Consequences of Underage Gambling

If pklcuk determines or reasonably suspects that an account holder is under the age of 18, we will:

• Immediately suspend the account and block all access;
• Void any bets placed, bonuses accepted, or winnings accumulated during the period of underage use;
• Return deposits made by the underage player, subject to verification of the payment method;
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

04 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pklcuk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

4.1 Password Security

You should choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. We recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters of at least twelve characters in total. pklcuk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pklcuk immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pklcuk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

4.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical faults for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, chip dumping, arbitrage betting across accounts, or any other practice designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures;
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform in connection with any criminal activity.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on pklcuk — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and bet settlements — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pklcuk does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your own bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. pklcuk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

pklcuk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account is newly registered, or the account activity triggers fraud or money-laundering flags. Verified accounts in good standing experience the fastest withdrawal processing times.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active. These limits are provided as a player-protection measure and we encourage all players to make use of them.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pklcuk offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion — bonuses not wagered within this window will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically;
• pklcuk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, though bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the application of bonus terms, pklcuk's interpretation shall be final.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pklcuk employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the practice of placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, pklcuk reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and in repeat cases, close the account permanently.

6.3 VIP Rewards Programme

The pklcuk Rewards programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity over rolling calendar periods. Benefits associated with each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and reload bonuses — are published on the Rewards page and are subject to change. pklcuk reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or the programme structure with reasonable notice to active participants.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pklcuk are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules take precedence.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

pklcuk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; the market has been suspended; the odds displayed were clearly incorrect due to a technical error; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event. Bets placed on markets affected by known match-fixing or spot-fixing incidents will be voided.

7.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino and live dealer games on pklcuk use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanisms provided by licenced third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are statistically independent and are not influenced by the size of the bet, previous outcomes, or account status. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the respective provider.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or an in-play sports bet, pklcuk's system will attempt to resolve the round or bet in accordance with the game or market rules. Casino game rounds interrupted mid-spin or mid-deal will be completed automatically by the server. Live sports bets already accepted and confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to the final result.

7.4 Esports Betting

Esports markets on pklcuk cover CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, and other titles as listed in the Esports section. Bets on esports events are settled in accordance with official tournament results as verified by the relevant tournament organiser. Walk-overs, forfeitures, or disqualifications are handled in accordance with the published esports-specific rules within the platform.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a pklcuk account, subject to the conditions described in this section. Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via the live chat function within the account dashboard.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. The processing time for the final withdrawal follows the standard withdrawal timelines described in Section 5. Please note that self-exclusion (see the Responsible Gaming page) is a separate and more formal process from account closure and carries additional safeguards for players who feel they need a break from gambling.

8.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

pklcuk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling;
• Engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform in connection with criminal activity;
• Failure to provide required verification documents within a reasonable timeframe;
• An active self-exclusion order being identified on the account.

Where an account is closed by pklcuk due to a breach of these Terms, any pending bets or bonuses may be voided and funds held pending investigation. pklcuk will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law and will provide details of the appeals process where applicable.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pklcuk will notify the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the remaining account balance each calendar month following the initial dormancy period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. No fee will be charged to accounts with a zero balance.
